What this is
Root AI Exec is a private executive intelligence assistant. It organises calendar context, commitments, goals, decisions, and priorities for the person operating it. It is not a public or multi-tenant service and is not offered for general subscription.
Informational assistance only
Root AI Exec provides informational and productivity assistance. Its output is a summary of and reasoning over the records it has been given, and it can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — particularly where a connected source has not synchronised recently or where the underlying records are themselves incomplete.
It is not professional advice of any kind, including medical, clinical, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
You remain responsible for your decisions
Every decision remains the user's own. Root AI Exec does not make decisions, does not take actions on the user's behalf, and does not send, schedule, pay, or change anything. Its output should be treated as one input among others, and verified before it is acted on where the stakes warrant it.
Availability
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The application depends on services it does not control, including Google APIs and third-party model providers, any of which may be unavailable, may change, or may impose their own limits. It may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Acceptable use
The application is intended for ordinary business and personal organisation. Users must not submit data outside that accepted scope, including:
- patient records, clinical records, or other regulated health information;
- payment card numbers or financial account credentials;
- government identification numbers;
- information belonging to third parties that the user is not entitled to hold or share.
The application performs boundary checks intended to detect and refuse some categories of such data, but those checks are a safeguard and not a guarantee. The responsibility for what is submitted rests with the user.
Connected accounts
Connecting a Google account is entirely voluntary. Access is read-only, is limited to the permissions granted, and may be revoked at any time through Google account permissions or through the application's own disconnect function. Revoking access stops further use of that account's data; the user may separately delete data already stored.
Stopping use
A user may stop using Root AI Exec at any time, for any reason, with no notice. On doing so they may revoke connected account access and delete stored data. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Root AI Exec is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, its operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use, or from reliance on its output.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with the date shown above.
