Root AI Exec helps a single principal keep track of what they have committed to, what is coming up, what is unresolved, and what deserves attention first. It reads the calendar they connect and the notes they write themselves, and brings the two together.
A private tool, not a public service
Root AI Exec is operated privately for its own principal. It is not a public or multi-tenant product, there is no sign-up, and it is not offered for general subscription. This site exists to describe the application and to provide the privacy policy and terms that its Google integration requires.
What it does
- Reads a connected Google Calendar, with read-only access, to understand what is scheduled.
- Keeps the principal's own written records — commitments, goals, projects, decisions, principles.
- Surfaces what appears to need attention, and explains which records that conclusion rests on.
- Answers questions about the principal's own recorded context.
What it does not do
- It does not write to, change, or delete anything in a connected calendar.
- It does not send email or messages, and takes no action on the principal's behalf.
- It is not a medical, clinical, legal, financial, or professional advisory tool.
- It is not intended for, and is not used to process, patient or clinical records.
